REQUEST ...Could you please bring a list of the ingredients of your dish for 
the benefit of those amongst us with food allergies.  You do not need to give 
a complete recipe if you wish to keep the proportions and instructions a 
secret.  Just a list of ingredients.  I will bring a folder to collect them in for 
folks to reference.
