[Ansteorra] Regional Siege Positions

Greetings Ansteorra,
   I would like to announce the following Regional positions have been 
filled.

Northern Regional Siege Marshal = Dougal de Keir
Central Regional Siege Marshal = Ricciardo de Nicolosi
Souther Regional siege Marshal = Centurian Evets von Drachenklaue

   I will be taking applications for the Coastal and Western Regional Siege 
Marshal Positions until the end of November. If you are interested in these 
positions, please send me and the Earl Marshal a copy of the application for 
this office along with a copy of your drivers liscense and membership card.

If you have any siege questions, please feel free to contact me or on of the 
above mentioned Regional officers. I will be traveling to the following 
events in November.
