[Ansteorra] Newest Incipient Kingdom

I wish to extend my congratulations to the newest Incipient Kingdom of
the Knowne World, Gleann Abhann!

At the Board of Directors meeting this morning, they unanimously
approved Gleann Abhann's petition for Kingdom status, while commending
the Prinicipality on it's thorough and extensive petition to go
Kingdom.

Vivat Gleann Abhann!
