[Ansteorra] Queen's Blade of Honor

Since the reign of HRM Mikaela II, the queen's of Ansteorra have 
presented the Queen's Blade of Honor to one member of the rapier 
community who exemplifies honor on the field.  At Bryn Gwlad's 25th 
Anniversary event, Her Majesty honored Lord Allessandro Andretti by 
presenting him with the Queen's Blade of Honor. Lord Allessandro, who 
is the cadet of Don Aeron Harper, is an ideal for all who would pick up 
a rapier.  He fights with courtesy, honor and skill.
