[Ansteorra] Stargate Baronial Champions

There is one more champion - Youth Rapier. Sadly, due to a variety of  
mundane conflicts none of our local youth rapier fighters were able to  be in the 
tournament. So our previous champion, Maurice Rousseau, and  our new baron and 
baroness agreed that he should continue as champion for  another year.
