Greetings,

By the current contract with the Gulf Wars site owner, Gulf Wars will be
held during the week leading up to and including the third Saturday of
March.  This will allow folks to plan a few years ahead.  For next year the
dates of Gulf Wars XV will March 13th - 19th.
