[Ansteorra] southern regional MOAS

The MOAS maintains their own web site. There is a member listed
for the Southern.

Officers for each region are also listed on their regional
website. For Southern that is

I can tell you that the information on the southern officer's
site is the most updated one I have as I did put out a call to
all officers that wanted their information posted on the web to
send in their permission to do so two months ago and she
submitted hers to me.

If the information is incorrect please let us both know.
Offices do change but the officers do not always report this
change to me or the Kingdom Chronicler and we can only post
information that we have permission for.
