[Ansteorra] Email address change

Hi everyone.  I am finally back and I think that I
have everything back under control.  Crossing fingers
and hoping for no more family disasters.  

I have a new email address, thanks to sbcglobal and
without my desires being considered.  The email is now
lcai_lcai at yahoo.com.  Sorry for any difficulty that
anyone has had with getting in touch with me.
