I have heard of WoW, but myself I play a game called DragonRealms and 
DragonRealms:The Fallen (www.dragonrealms.com   or www.play.net) which are 
medieval text based games.  I am also a Senior Game Developer for another 
online text based RPG called The Seventh Sun  (www.theseventhsun.net) --- 
who by the way is looking for a programmer or two, so if you have spare time 
and can program, shoot me an e-mail.      :)
