[Ansteorra] some info regarding donations

There are a lot of Red Cross shelters, set up, here in Texas.  Not just
along the coast, I know that we have two here in Dallas.  I'm sure that
they need supplies and help.  There will be a serious drain on all local
food banks, so one could help by donating to them.  There was one story
about a family of over 20, staying with a family member, locally, that
had a 2 bedroom apartment.  I'm sure that a lot of these folks will have
to get food and clothing help, from local agencies. They are saying that
it may be 4 months before folks are allowed back in the damaged areas.
Maybe, we could help out those locally that are helping.
