If it's wave a magic wand time, and anything is possible....

* The time to do as much painting as I wish, and no pain in my hands when I do 
so. (and a copy of the Visconti Hours to be inspired by. :-)   )

* The time to really *learn* middle eastern dance and get from advanced 
beginner to something approaching talented advanced student, and a nearby 
instructor willing to teach.
