[Ansteorra] Coronation updates and reminders

Greetings unto Ansteorra,
 
The Coronation of Their Stellar Highnesses Ulsted and Cateau, hosted by the Shire of Seawinds is just a few days away.  If you have not prepayed for site and feast the deadline is January 10th.  You can pre-register via ACCEPS or send payment to our Reeve, Marguerite du Bois.  Information about prepayment is on our website at www.seawinds.org  
 
Also on the website is information on camping and hotels.  ONLY THOSE CAMPING AT THE PARK ARE ALLOWED ON SITE AFTER 10PM,  this is a State Park regulation.
 
The feast menu is also on the website--scroll to the bottom to find it and the schedule should be available by the end of the week.  
 
The following are the site rules as per State Park regulations:
 
FIRES:
Fires may be built only in campsite grills, fire rings or fireplaces.  Camp stoves are permitted.
NO gathering of firewood permitted!
Please note--During dry periods, the park may implement a burn ban.
 
PETS:
Pets must be attended and on a six-foot leash at all times. Please pick up after them. Pets are NOT allowed in ANY park building, cabins or shelters, including restrooms.
 
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
Public consumption or display of an open container of alcohol is prohibited.  Please note that alcohol is permitted in the gym where feast and court are being held.  
 
CHECK IN:
All campers are required to check in at the park headquarters.  Check in time at camping sites is 2 pm.  Park gate opens at 5 am, office opens at 8 am.  All those that arrive before the office opens must go check in by 9 am, including those that are not camping (to pay the $3 per person entrance fee)  Every car will be issued a park permit.
 
PARKING:
Parking on pavement only.
An excess parking fee is required at all campsites with more than two vehicles.
 
CAMPING:
A maximum of 8 persons per campsite.
Campsites must be kept clean, all trash must be picked up before leaving.  Trash bins are conveniently located,
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 6 am
