Im getting this error while trying to get a res for GW

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

It happens right when i click to submit myc redit card infomation

Error Occurred While Processing Request
      Error Diagnostic Information
      Reading from socket failed




Problem is..i've tried 4x now..so am i hitting my ccard 4x or isit going
thru?
