[Ansteorra] Youths in Adult Combat

Greetings, Ansteorra!

I would like to thank the parents/concerned gentles who emailed me to express 
opinions on the topic of 16-17 years old participating with adults in combat. 
 Overall, opinions were positive.  But for those who expressed concern, know 
that your words will assist the marshallate in putting guidelines in place to 
insure the safety of our young adults.  In the end, the parent's have the 
final say whether to transition their young adult into the adult category.

Again, thank you for your comments and your continued support to the 
marshallate.
