As someone else mentioned it is probably a bit soon for the Gulf Wars 
organizers to be lining up merchant spaces. Pennsic has much more of a 
problem because of the number of merchants and limited space, so their 
deadlines are much longer before the event than are the ones for Gulf 
Wars. If you are thinking of merchanting at the Pennsic a year from 
now, I would start making some inquiries soon.

I don't know if you are new to merchanting in the SCA or not, but you 
might find this file in the COMMERCE section of the Florilegium to be 
useful:
