Yes, Sir Richard the Strange does reside in Bjornsborg.  His hibernation
cycle must be over because sightings of Sir Richard have been occurring all
over the place.  I wasn't aware that his territory had moved so far north.

The Sir Richard mentioned is Richard the Strange who resides in Bjornsborg 
(or at least that's where I always see him). And the spoon that Master 
Michael speaks of is not because it hurts more, but for empowerment (at 
least according to Oprah).
