[Ansteorra] mobility issues and the law

My understanding is that since we rent the facilities that we use, it
is the responsibility of the sites to comply with ADA, not the SCA.

Should we take into consideration the accessability of a site when we
book it? Yes. (Who has her fingers crossed that the new site Elfsea
found is affordable, since it is accessable)
