[Ansteorra] Leather shop

Sorry to be such a pest, but does anyone in Austin know where the Tandy 
leather store is so that I might purchase some leather and rivets for my leg 
armor and gorget?  Also what kind/size of drill do I need to drill the holes 
in my armor for the rivets to go into?  If anyone has spare leather and 
rivets I would be happy to purchase them from you as well.
