The gate worker was mistaken.  If a minor has a blue card in his or her 
name, the parent does NOT need to sign a minor waiver at the gate.  This 
is one of the benefits of membership.  I don't want to embarass anyone 
publically.  Please contact me off-list with which event and group so I 
can make sure they understand the waiver procedures.
