Subject: RE: [Ansteorra] bardic sashes

Once upon a time, there was a very large and active
college of bards in Ansteorra. Any bard was very
easily recognized by these lovely sashes. The bards of
Ansteorra are here for service as well as any fighter,
though we use our voices instead of swords and our
words are meant to rally the masses, tug at your heart
strings, bring the laughter from deep with in and
occasionally create a blush or two. It is our way of
saying, " I am here to be of service, let me tell you
a story, sing you a song, or simply entertain you."
Not everyone is a bard and these sashes ( in my own
mind) make it a little easier to find us, without
putting someone who is a bit shy on the spot.

In Love, Honor, Music, and Service to Ansteorra
