[Ansteorra] I lied...more treaty news from Gulf Wars

The Kingdom of Ansteorra entered into treaty with Trimaris to use
their Arc de Orc.(Grant level archery award) This will serve as the
new name for the Arcus Majoris. The regalia for the order in Ansteorra
will not change, and the Kingdom of Trimaris will adopt the white
bracer with the Trimarian blue triskele on it as their regalia for the
order.
