[Ansteorra] Request from Meridies

Greetings to the Citizens of Ansteorra:

I hope that this missive finds you well, and the state of your Stellar
Kingdom at peace. I am Lord Segan ua Flaithfhiled, and I am a simple herald
from the Shire of Beau Fort in the Kingdom of Meridies.

It is my hope that someone can assist me in locating an individual last
known to be in your fair Kingdom. This person is known as Drstha Maida of
the Lowara (according to the Listings in both the SCA Armorial, and your
Kingdom's Order of Precedence).

While I request your assistance in locating this individual, I do not ask
you to betray any privacy concerns. If you could direct me to the group that
claims them as a citizen, I can make further electronic inquiries thusly (if
possible). I have a client who seeks their permission to conflict with
heraldry that they have registered.

Any and all assistance that you are able to provide would be most
appreciated.
