Kazimir does not play anymore.  He and his wife stopped playing about 5
years ago.  Mundanely he is Howard Brent Rachel (he goes by Brent) and lived
in San Antonio, Texas last I heard.  Hopefully someone else will have
current contact info for him but if not then you might be able to find him
through an online search.  Good luck.
