[Ansteorra] Tourney by the Loch

To the Populace of Ansteorra!

On the 3rd day of December 2005 the Barony of Loch Soilleir will be
celebrating Christmas with a German flair!  Come join us as we celebrate
St. Nicholas' Day!

And in the evening enjoy a hearty German Feast.  Feast is limited to 75
people.  Reservations can be made via ACEEPS.

Tourney by the Loch will be held at A Community of the Servant Saviour
Presbyterian Church.  There is no camping at this site.

Join us as we choose our Champions in the fields of Rapier, Arts &
Sciences, Dance, and Youth Rapier.  We will also be choosing our Youth
Rapier Champion.  Information about the Championships can be found on our
website.

Loch Soilleir will also host a Youth Combat Tourney.  For those interested
in participating in the Youth Combat but need authorization, an
authorizing marshall will be there and holding a class at 9am.  All Youth
Combat fighters that are not currently authorized will need to attend this
class to be eligible to fight.

HL Wyllow MacMuireadhaigh will be sponsoring a Youth A&S.  For more
information contact her at wyllowmacm at netscape.net.

There will also be a Toys for Tots drive.  For every toy that you donate,
you get a ticket for a drawing for a beautiful feast chest made by Lord
Madog.

And if the all of the above is not enough to make you come, then know
this.  Ansteorra's 2nd Annual Bardic Collegium will be held at Tourney by
the Loch.  Come and enjoy a wide arrange of bardic classes.  A full list

Schedule for Tourney by the Loch:
Gate Opens - 8am
Armour Inspection - 9am
Morning Court - 10am (or at their Majesties leave)
Fighting - 30 minutes after Morning Court ends
Dance Competition - 30 minutes after Morning Court ends
A&S (both Youth and Adult) setup - 9am - 11:30am
A&S Judging - 1pm
Evening Court - 5pm (or at their Majesties leave)
Feast - 30 minutes afer Evening Court ends
Bardic Circle - after Feast is over
Site closes - 10pm
The schedule will also be posted on the website.  All times are subject to
change without any warning at all.
