A bit of a slow response, as I just got round to opening up the new (dated 9/05) 
Ansteorran Order of Precidence, and when I clicked on the link to download, 
again, I got hosed with the document not downloading fully, and the pages being 
blank... time out issues perhaps.  
So I tried Eadric's recommendation to right click, hit 'save as', and 
then proceeded to open the PDF file after I'd saved it - worked great!
