[Ansteorra] Regional Hospitaler positions

Greetings,

I'd like to thank Lady Kelandra Carmicheal for her excellent service as the 
Northern regional hospitaler.
She is stepping down and Lady Elodie de Cormier is taking her place.

Lady Deirde O'Bardon is also stepping down as  the Southern regional 
hospitaler,
I am looking for someone to take over here.

The Western regional hospitaler is vacant.  I really need someone to
fill this position.
