Yep.

It more than likely is Adobe. If you have a version that was in-between the 
upgrades (i.e. beta copies) you will encounter various problems. We actually 
thought it was a problem in the way we were doing things on the server but 
after about two weeks of research and changing settings it all boiled down 
to Adobe not playing nice with its own versions and overwriting its own 
upgrades.

You all may have to check to make sure you do not have a corruption in your 
latest version of Adobe software, any of it, not just the reader. Some 
softwares come with a free copy of an older version of the reader that will 
over write your good copy with it. It may or may not corrupt what you got.

I will look at the directories all the same to make sure there is nothing 
going on from our end but for the last two years this has been a constant 
problem due to Adobe installs corrupting current versions of the reader on 
personal PC's.
