[Ansteorra] A great big "Thank you" to Ansteorra.

Friends of Gleann Abhann and Ansteorra,

This weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting the Western Region of Ansteorra 
for their fifteenth Gothic Wars. From the moment I got on site, I was 
overwhelmed with well wishes for our members effected by the hurricane, and 
over and over I heard "What can we do to help?" It was truly touching, and I 
haven't the words to express the warmth and love felt from everybody I 
encountered.

To Rufus and those of Bonwicke who were selling T-shirts commemorating the 
war- thank you for deciding to donate those proceeds to our supply drive and 
to charity. I know that you had grand plans for those funds just over a week 
ago, but you decided to set aside those ideas for this cause. I don't know 
how to say thanks enough.

To the Amazon household- thank you, thank you, thank you. For those that 
don't know, the Amazons hold an auction to donate items to the event's war 
chest, and in addition to that, this year they also allowed people to donate 
to the supply drive. Thanks so much- you ladies are amazing.

The Shire of Rosenfeld have decided to donate the funds from the pavillion 
they are raffling off at their Three Kings event in November to the Red 
Cross for hurricane relief. Duke Ulstead is also working to aid the effort, 
and several good individuals of Ansteorra are working to make the supply run 
of clothing, food, bedding, and other donations as effective as it can be. I 
can't even begin to name everyone who has assisted, and who has promised to 
assist in the days to come- but to all of you, thank you for your kindness, 
your generosity, and your compassion.
