[Ansteorra] refuge from Rita

Corpus Christi was supposed to evac Wen eve. I was there and left for home 
at 8:00pm that is after driving down there Wed morning and getting there 
about 12:30. Traffice was less than fun but not real bad till La Grange 
where 77 and 71 cross. Some one needs to talk to the people in charge about 
haveing evac routs cross. It had to only get worss and the night and next 
day went on.
