[Ansteorra] New page on the server for Disaster

This is the url of the recovery pages on the server. The IP address is the 
alternate site that will run in case of outages only and then it will be up 
for only a week.

All the information between the two servers will be found in both places for 
now. At the end of the week it will remain on the main server.

When you send in contact information to be placed in these two places please 
indicate that you do or do not want it in these places. The back up server 
is a personal server that resides in North Texas. It is privately owned.
