[Ansteorra] New Society Chronicler's Policy

Chroniclers of Ansteorra, the Society Chronicler has issued a updated  
Chronicler's Policy. Please familiarize yourself with the new

One of the most significant changes in the updated policy is this:  
local branch newsletters may now accept advertisements. However,  
until the Ansteorran Chronicler's Handbook is updated to reflect this  
new policy local branch newsletters in Ansteorra may not accept or  
print advertisements. Please be patient, as it may be several months  
before a policy is written and approved for Ansteorra.
