You also have to convince people that for the hay-ride to be fun, somebody
has to pull the wagon. Everybody can't always ride.

The other side of that coin is, if you agree to pull the wagon, you shouldn't
fear getting stuck with the job. After pulling for a little while, it should
be somebody else's turn so you can ride for a while.

And, as you pointed out so well, only Well-Trained Qualified Induhviduals
should be pulling the wagon, so it doesn't end up in a ditch. :-)
