Not to be argumentative, but the company I'm with does a number of 
standbys as a service to the cities we have 911 contracts with.  Now 
these may turn up as tax writeoffs later, but as far as I know its a 
service that is provided.  Disclaimer: I've never been to pennsic or any 
sca function so its possible I may be mistaken on any of the above.
