[Ansteorra] 19th Steppes Artisan

Salutations to the far reaches of Ansteorra.  

If you have not heard yet, Mistress Stella Silvana has been chosen this
year as the Titled Artisan for the Barony of the Steppes.  She joins a
diverse group of people pursuing the Arts and Sciences in this Kingdom.
