As fascinating as I find the topic, (and I am enjoying the conversation)

personally, as a relatively recent (class of 97)  subject of the public 
school system, I think this is just an example of the true definition of 
"zero tolderance",  and that is 'zero thought'. Too bad people like this 
are tasked with teaching some of the next generation with how to think.
