[Ansteorra] Cider yeast

That works if you press the apples the yeast is on the skins. If you buy
the juice it should not have additives or preservatives. Unfiltered
juice is great if you can get it. I just used a beer yeast that cost
1.00 or .50 from a wine shop. I am very new to this but my Christmas
batch of cider was great.

I thought cider had its own yeast.  At least when I lived in apple
country
all it took was leaving cider out for a week to get some kick to it.
