This is an issue that needs to be fixed....badly.

The white diamonds we used to use for scouts and other non-contact people 
were HIGHLY visable....EASY to see on the battlefield.....Practically 
impossible to mistake.

NOW it has been switched to a red pheon society wide?
A red arrow.....small, hard to see, looks(at a glance) like team marking 
tape( red and blue are the most common)...so now identifing a non-combatant 
in the heat of battle takes longer and is more confusing....and when 
you(charging bull) finally see the Red Pheon.....it's red.....angry ol RED.

Add to this the fact that non-combatat archers are on the field playing 
paintball and using the heavy fighters as targets....

I've taken to just NEVER hitting an archer (could break their bow)

I have found that if you don't reach out and touch them( and by touch I 
mean....lightly like a butterfly landing on a flower)
whilst screaming YIELD, they will run away and shoot you again and again and 
again. Gesturing just seems to make them run faster.

If we MUST use the RED PHEON....does this mean we CANNOT use the WHITE 
DIAMOND?
Couldn't we just use BOTH?  Might look snazzy....

Set a prescedence for the Known World?
Ansteorra does this from time to time....
