[Ansteorra] OT: LOTR Headpiece search

Dear populace of Ansteorra,
I'm currently searching for a place to purchase the headpiece that Arwen 
wore at the end of Return of the King. I figured a good place to ask a great 
number of people that might know would be the Ansteorran list. For reference

I have the items to MAKE the crown but I lack a place to be able to finish 
it. It involves cutting and sanding metal with a dremel tool.

If anyone can help me out, it'd be greatly appreciated. I'm more looking for 
it to purchase but am open to help making it.
