Nope.  That's the weekend of Bjornsborg's Academy of Defense/Guardian of the
Gauntlet.
This rapier only event will have several Provosts chosen during the Academy
of Defense, with the Guardian of the Gauntlet and Guardian of the Glove
tournaments afterwards.  Their Royal Majesties are planning to be in
attendance.
