UPS should only take 4  business days (they don't count weekends or 
holidays) from Pennsic to Austin.   UPS time in transit is guaranteed, even 
for their ground service, so if it takes them more time then they said, 
file for a refund of your shipping charges.

BTW if you are looking for cheaper flights, also check the airport you can 
leave home from; for instance, Austin always seems to be cheaper than San 
Antonio.
