I saw a message on the Grand Council list from a past director which
speculated:

 

"Since we have a fairly new interim President (due to his predecessor
leaving to sit the Throne of Northshield,) it will likely take a bit longer
than usual for the President's Report to get out."

According to my notes, the BoD meeting should have happened last weekend.
Any idea why we haven't received the notes yet?
