In answer to your statement.

The young lady who brought the charge  did not show up in mundane court, so 
all charges were dropped.  Especially after some of her group who had knowledge 
of her made a statement that whe had brought those same charges on two or 
three other men in the past.    The man in question no longer plays but that is a 
different story, that does not bear repeating here.
