[Ansteorra] Steppes Warlord news -- titled competition winners

I apologize for answering this missive to begin with since I am now upset with the result.
  I was trying to encourage the children. Four people reponded with naming children or praising,  12-13 were concerned with parents and the behavior of children, while an important topic, I am rather distressed that the children did not receive the praise they deserve, even from the MoCs
