[Ansteorra] Agenda for Marshallate meeting for King's Round Table

It was a valid rumor.  The previous Society Earl Marshal, Robert of Auk,
felt that siloflex construction was a lamination, and thus illegal via the
"no laminated weapons" clause.   I believe he was talked out of it.
