[Ansteorra] Cookies and merit badges

Similar to the Oak Guild,(and my extensions of it)except instead of 
attending a class, they have a printable book with requirements and 
volunteer time written in it and signed by either peerage or one of the 
"crats" depending on the badge being earned.  It also does most "testing" 
verbally, like reciting basic rules of chilvalry to a Knight, Squire, Master 
or Knights Marshall and they sign off this is completed.  This enables the 
youth to complete the badges without having to depend on a class being 
taught at the events, AND encourages them to seek out the "teachers" in the 
Kingdom to recite to.  This encourages everyone to participate at any given 
time.  Also, the badges are felt, how long will this hold up?? Our youth 
would like to be able to wear, or display these proudly.
