Greetings Val,
We plan to make this an event like no other, so we look forward to 
seeing you there.  As you prepare, I might suggest you contact a local 
scribe or herald to assist in your introduction to the gallery should 
you choose to enter any of the lysts.  While a letter of venancy will 
suffice to introduce you to the gallery, a well spoken herald will have 
them cheering for you throughout the day.  Should fortune smile upon 
you, your herald can insure that everyone hears of your skills, should 
fate turn against you, a good herald can 'explain' your humility :-)

p.s. we will cheerfully accept letters of venancy on the day of the 
event, but a well done one is even more impressive, so I would recommend 
that you contact your local scribes.
