[Ansteorra] Chialry at Loch Guardian

Greetings to Ansteorra and Her Populace,
 
    Their Serpentine Excellencies, William and Katya,  invite you to join 
Them at Loch Guardian as They select Their Baronial  Champions.  I, Ysfael, 
expect that there will be much chivalry on  all of the contested fields.  As the 
Loch's Chivalric Champion it is  my great honor and pleasure to be allowed to 
set the format for the heavy  weapons tournament field.
 
    His Serpentine Excellency has chosen to test the  field Himself on what 
will be certainly be a glorious  day.  It should proceed thusly.  The field 
will open following  court for fighters to challenge each other.  Multiple bouts 
will occur  concurrently, and His Excellency will watch and note and make 
comment as He sees  fit.  The Loch is known to 'bop til you drop' and those who 
would  be a champion here will show their heart during this fighting  segment.
 
    At some point, it will be announced that HE  William is taking challenges 
at the barrier.  The venan  will employ a herald, or perhaps his own voice in 
making his intention to  challenge known, and at that time will be told what 
style to bring  forth.  His Excellency will choose to take the  challenge 
Himself or send forward a champion.  If the venan's  challenge is successful, his 
name will be entered into the list for the  Champions tournament that will end 
the day, and wherein Loch's new  heavy weapons Champion will be chosen
 
We most certainly will require the help of consorts and those who  attend the 
galleries at such feats of arms to bring their knowledge and wit to  help add 
interest to the styles.  As well, all past Loch  Champions are invited to 
make themselves available to accept challenges for  His Serpentine Excellency, 
even if they are competing again for the office of  Champion.

Loch Guardian will be held on May  19-21, 2006, at Camp Camwood, near
