[Ansteorra] Armor standards

That would only be true if a kingdom were allowed to LESSEN the standards set by society. That's not allowed. No kingdom would be allowed to experiment with rebar-cored swords, for example. Society standards allow no vambraces AND unpadded poles already, for example.
