So, does the Society Marshal no longer sign off on our kingdom
participant's handbook?  I distinctly recall that being the final step
on the one I edited back in '95 (or so).  We needed the SM's official
"okey-dokey" before we could go to print, and I assumed this was
because (though he was consulted many times during the editing process)
it was his job to check for conflicts and such.
