[Ansteorra] question for the ladys

I come from a college shire and when I started in the group ALL our officers 
were under 25 and most were under 23.  I think getting the younger people in 
positions of responsibility is a GREAT way to keep them around.

Of course back when I started we had a Minister of Dinosaurs.
